‘A Long Day’ on its way to South Africa

TEHRAN, Jul. 16 (MNA) – Iranian film ‘A Long Day’, directed by Babak Bahram Beigi is to be screened at 38th Durban International Film Festival 2017 in South Africa.

Written by Babak Bahram Beigi and Payam Naser, A Long Day has a social theme narrating the story of a man called Shahin, who has traveled to his hometown after many years and is stuck in a moral dilemma in which the concept of good and bad, moral and immoral is unknown.

The movie tries to manifest that time changes people, but the image we have of them remains permanent and nothing is more painful than this conflict between the two events.

Shabnam Moghaddami, Reza Behboudi, Morteza Youneszadeh, Baran Ebrahimi and Alireza Ara star in A Long Day.

The Durban International Film Festival (DIFF) is an annual festival that takes place in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal province, South Africa. It is one of the oldest and largest events in Southern Africa that presents over 200 screenings celebrating the best in South African, African and international cinema.
